We spent years building reward infrastructure across high-volume e-commerce environments — processing millions of reward events, fighting fraud at scale, and tuning probability engines for both business economics and genuine customer delight. When we looked at what the market offered, we didn't see a product we'd want to use. So we built one.

Every product decision starts with: would an engineer trust this? If the API isn't clean, the docs aren't complete, and the DX isn't excellent, we don't ship it.
